Ignition Control Module Failure? 200 1986

Engine slowly losing RPMs indicates a fuel delivery issue, not an ignition problem. If the ignition were the problem, the tach would instantly move to 0rpm.

My money's on a bad main pump. The next time it acts up, whack the fuel pump and see if it restarts.

It could also be a bad hall sensor connector or something related to that.
If you stick an in-line spark tester in a spark circuit and backprobe an LED into an injector, you can tell which one you're losing. .... It might take a while, but does it ever crank and not restart?
