valve keepers cracked 200

I am in the process of installing a T cam into my 1992 245. I was adjusting the valves when I decided to have a look under the shim "buckets". I found that a few of the valve retainers on a few of the cylinders were somewhat cracked. I wasn't too sure how difficult this would be to remedy with the head on the engine. Has anybody ran across this before? Engine has approx 150k on it.
