Compressor squeal. Terrifying. 200

So another question about ac since I know nothing about this subject... I went over a bump in the road and there immediately was an awful squealing. It sounded like a loose ps belt or something so I turned off the compressor knowing that they work together. The squealing stopped. Now whenever I turn it on it makes that terrible noise. Also when the compressor is on now I don't have power steering. When it is off it steers great.

Summary: no ps with compressor on. Never ending squealing with compressor on.

What's happening.? Clutch or compressor? Belt loose?
