wagon weird brake problem 700 1988

Hi there - I just got this car, and it was sitting for a year or so. The problem I am having is that the right side front and rear brakes are dragging after I use them a few times. I thought it was only the front, and replaced the caliper. I noticed the pads were glazed but had plenty of pad. The next time I drove it, when I parked, there was smoke coming from the front and rear right side only wheels. The engine strains to reach 45MPH when the brakes are dragging, but when they release, it flies. If I leave it parked for an hour or so, they release fine.

The left side is fine.

I have checked the tubing/hoses, and they appear fine. I am assuming there is no diverter valve, as this car has Anti-Lock brakes. Before I go and replace that entire unit, I was wondering if I am missing something, or if a complete system bleed may help, or if there is something that I can do to the ALB unit itself.

Thank you.
