So, I have had this problem for a while now. My reverse lights were disconnected....I am not exactly sure when the wire was severed. What remains of it is some frayed ends in the stick shift boot area. The part that is suppose to slide over the connection on top of the transmission is AWOL.

I have ordered numerous female wire connector ends of various sizes to find one that would fit over the prongs on top of transmission, but to no avail. I am not quite prepared to lower my transmission myself. I could try that but never have, so it makes me nervous that I will mess it up some how.

ANy advice on where to get the replacement connector piece or what I may be missing is greatly appreciated.
