the quickest way to remove or unstick for bleeding purposes a seized brake caliper bleed screw you need:

you can do this as easily on the car as off

an acetylene torch to heat the screw until its cherry red
a thick wet rag with which you quench the red hot bleeder screw

after that the screw will turn out with minimal effort

the time it takes is 5 minutes
