head re-surfacing specs 900 1994

Hello all. It,s head gasket time for my 94 945 Regina car (206k). Initial inspection of the head flatness, using a straight edge and feelers reveled about .013",.33mm depression between #2 & #3 cylinders.
So, question #1: what is the max allowable amount of material that can be removed when resurfacing this head. I'll be doing all the machining my self. I hope to post photos if time allows.
Question #2: can I TIG weld fill the small areas of corrosion on the head face that are similar (in shape and location) to the water jacket passages? I may just leave them alone.
Thanks in advance,

- Keith
