Interpeting trouble codes 200

I am working on my wife's 1990 240 station wagon. We have had a series of problems with it. I have recently replaced the mass air sensor and the oxygen sensor. The oxygen sensor mostly fixed the over rich issues. It still seems to stall when starting up and having momentary lags in power. I ran the codes and got:2-3-2 lambda control to rich or lean at idle, 2-3-1 lambda control engine running to too leat at part load, and 1-3-1 rpm signal from EZK missing.
Is there a mixture adjustment on the the lambda? What is this rpm signal?
all help is appreciated and thanks in advance
