Intermittent failure of electrical circuit to wipers and radio at startup 700 1990

I am having an intermittent electrical problem during start up. Sometimes when I start the car the SRS light remains on and some of the accessories such as the windshield wipers and the radio don't work. If I turn the car off and restart (sometimes it take a couple tries) the SRS light goes off properly and the accessories all work. It seems to slowly be getting worse (happening more frequently).
