Help needed to identify body parts 120-130

Cleaning out the garage, I came across the following N.O.S. parts
Marked P/N615008 (Rail fender L)
Marked P/N615009 (Rail Fender R)
I can't ID the part numbers in any parts manual that I have.
Are these parts for a 120/130/220 series car ?
The items look similar to;
P/N615006 (Fender Support, Upper L)
P/N615007 (Fender Support, Upper R)
Could the P/N 's have been replaced by newer numbers ?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
