more on that 240 Classic wagon 200 1989

I posted earlier about a "Classic Volvo Wagon" and I have just a little more info about it. The mechanic said the whole front end was pretty much completely revamped, new almost everything. The car rides like a new one. Oh, the mileage is about 225k, and is a 1993 Classic.

The body and interior really looks good. He will be cleaning it up some more and eventually put it up for sale, how much? I don’t know, and the mechanic doesn’t know as yet. There is wood trim on parts of the dash and an area on the dash that tells you what number that model is, in other words, Volvo made a total of 1600 classics, 800 wagons-800 sedans. The plaque tells you what number that particular Volvo is out of the total 1600, BUT I forgot what that one is.

That’s about it. It is an A/T. Some very few were made with a 5 speed stick.
