jacking a 1987 245 for left front 200

Hi:
have a 87 245 dl wagon with significant rust. Need to replace lf tire due to dry rot. vehicle is not currently used, won't start for 6 months, need to know best place to safely jack (may need to do the left rear next - leaking. RIGHT tires are not flat, nor loosing any air. It is parked in subdivision that report any flat tires to zoning folks. Used tire place quoted me $33 mounted on rim if I take it to them. Car is parked on asphalt. Jack will be removed after tire is installed. (thought of putting block under car in discrete place to take burden off tire(s). Thanks.
