head re-surfacing specs 900 1994

So I've made progress working on this head. I set up the head on a "Bridgeport" style knee mill. Leveled it up true to the machine then used a dial indicator to sweep the surface to reveal the amount of warpage. The Indicator showed about .021" deviation from flatness. (close enough to max);).

I then swept the indicator across the surface of the head. sorry, youtube... copy and paste the following link into your browser.

Satisfied with the set-up I then flycut the surface in .005" increments until the warpage was removed.

I've decided to do a full valve job to, considering the 206k mileage. More to come later.
