Cracked head, where do I get a replacement one? 200 1983

I pulled the head of my car this weekend thinking the gasket was the cause of coolant leaking into my exhaust. There was no big event or blowing of the head gasket. The car ran, a little rough, but this project was meant to prevent more serious damage. I suspected gasket failure at the #3 cylinder. Instead I found a intact gasket and little cracks playing connect-the-dots between the valves and spark plug port. The head is also concaved .012 of an inch on the head gasket plane.

I don't have time to dig around in the junk yards and would really like to just bolt on a rebuilt head and call it good.

Does anyone have experience with shopping for a new head and where did you go? Is it common for 240 heads to crack?

What is the interchangeability between b23 and b230 heads?
