Those flimsy circuit boards are a on-going problem on these cars.
Since you already have the new boards my post won't help you but....
I fixed my problem permanently by bypassing the circuit board.
I soldered (18 ga. copper) wire pigtails (about 18" long) to each of the tabs on the bulb holders.
It's easy to do.
Take the bulb holder out and solder the wires to the back of the tabs....not the side that contacts the circuit board.
If you will use a good flux and a hot soldering iron, they solder very well.
I then traced the circuit board back from each tab's contact point on the circuit board to the main wiring plug for the circuit board.
Then one by one I cut the wire that corresponded with each tab on the bulb holder and soldered it to the pig tail on the bulb holder.
I also used shrink tubing to insulate each splice.
It's simple if you think about it....Kinda like a heart bypass.
It doesn't matter what condition the circuit board is in because the electricity is flowing from the wiring harness directly to the bulb holder.
Leave enough slack in the wiring so that you can remove the bulb holder if you need to replace a bulb.
The most important part is to make sure you keep the correct wires soldered to the correct tabs on the bulb holder(s).
