1988 740 Volvo Hot Start Problem 700

I have an 88 740 Volvo turbo when you drive it for a bit and then shutoff the car, the car take like 30 minutes to start. I have replaced hall sensor, mass sensor, fuel pump relay, radio sup relay, pumps, coolant sensor, ignition module, coil, wires, plugs, cleaned the ECU, checked fuses, replaced all vacuum lines, replaced some bad wire harnesses, etc. When the car runs it runs great, however I can not figure out whats causing the no start periodically. Took it to the mechanic and he tried for three days and gave it back to me with no charges as they said that this was a first for them to not be able to figure this out.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be the cause?

Thx

Louie
