2010 that sounds about right, when things were going down hill fast. Thanks for looking. Forum name here is in two words, not sure how that happened 'cause everywhere else it's one. I'll give it another try as I am toying with the idea of replacing the screen on my wagon which leaks badly. if you'll remember you responded to that post just a little while back. I have the new gasket-oem Volvo-purchased from a guy here on the forum. Your advice was to be sure the flange aroung the opening was smooth to ensure a good seal. That seemed to me to be really good advice for what seems would be a good reason for continuing leakage. I also got the 3M sealant recommended by someone else. Just need time to do it, lots of pressing duties to perform here at the old homestead. Might just get new glass too, from planetman, a good deal and local deliver to my closest Volvo dealer.
