Axle off center 200

The situation is that when my sister's '89-245 goes over bumps or makes a hard left turn, with people in the rear seat, the right tire sounds like it is rubbing against the body. Drives fine otherwise.

But this is a new problem as she tells me she only noticed it occurring after she had transported 6 24"X24" patio stones.

The axle does seem to be off center with the right wheel closer to the outside.

So what damage is likely?
