Stalling out, no start, wait a few minutes then restarts 200

That's interesting.
I would say without hesitation that it most likely is the fuel pump relay.....if....it stalled completely instead of coasting to a stop before the engine dying.

Try un-plugging the Air Mass Meter when the problem is occuring and see if the engine runs better.

The fuel relay would be the first thing that I would replace.
It's located under the panel above the right front passengers knees.
It should be attached with a clip close to the Jetronic Module.
It's a white cube about 1" x 2" x 2"
If that didn't help I would then:

Check and clean the 25 amp blade type fuse that's located under the hood on the left fender. It runs from one of the small red wires that come from the positive battery post and powers the fuel injection and ignition.

If no help I would check fuel pressure at the fuel rail.
If that was OK I would:

Change the Crank position sensor.
