Brake Warning Light Question on 87' 240 200

Hello all, I have a 1987 240 and several weeks ago replaced the master cylinder after I got the "slow pedal sink to the floor" symptom. I have owned the car since new, and the new master cylinder is the third one since new. (car has 400,000 +) Anyway, I have a Motive Power Bleeder and all went well, and I have a good pedal etc. Drove the car for several weeks, and then yesterday, the Brake Warning Light came on, or should I say FAILED to go off after starting the car. I shut the car off and restarted it and the light went off. This little game happened several times throughout the day, and then this morning after starting the car it won't go out no matter what I do. As luck would have it I need to get the car inspected, and of course no chance of it passing with the light on.

I put the car up on stands and inspected for leaks etc. and found nothing, and as mentioned, I have a good firm pedal. I spent several hours searching the forum and came up with one good thread that explains the how the shuttle valve moves to the lower pressure side, thus activating the switch. (thanks Art and Phil) Anyway, with NO leaks and a good pedal, all I can think of to do is bleed the brakes again and hope the valve centers itself. Any other ideas out there, or does that sound logical to ya'll ? I love these bricks and I have two of them, but I have to admit every time I have brake issues I am tempted to sell them off. Real PITA. I understand why Henry Ford loved mechanical brakes. I don't have these issues with my Model A! Any help welcome :)
