New windshield installed, but it leaks! 120-130 1966

Just tried all of the above, and still the window leaks just as much as it did before.

There is sealant between the body of the car and the seal, as well as between the seal and the glass.

Any other ideas? I'm going to be selling this car pretty soon so I really don't want to deal with popping the window out again to deal with this. Even if it's just a "band-aid" to keep water out for a little while.
