B18 Timing gear 120-130

Hi all,
Got a friend (family member) with a failed timing gear in Nebraska, on a trip... Volvo dealerships or foreign parts stores are few and far between in Nebraska.

Can anyone confirm if the fiber gear for a Penta B18 is the same as a fiber (or maybe aluminum) gear on a B18 for a car? Penta would be easier to procure... Looking for a quick, cheap fix. Cam gear only, probably not wanting to mess with the crank gear.
