1998 V90 charging issues S90-V90

My V90 wagon has charging issues. This began when I took it in to have the windows tinted. The guys the did the tinting left the doors open and probably kept the radio on, of course. So now the battery runs down if I don't drive the car for a few days. Today the car wouldn't start after I drove it for several miles.
Alternator is putting out 13.5 amps. Battery is less than a year old. I have given the battery a good charge several times, and it seems to hold the charge, but then it will discharge after driving around town. Is the alternator lying?
