I dunno about rally driving, how they set those up in Sweden. I don't think turning them flat will affect ride, only accel/decel.

Those bolts are 103 ft/lbs iirc, or close to that so make sure they are tight when going back in.
Yes I believe there are round poly's for those. The hole in the arm is not straight, it's tapered down in the middle, so getting bushings in can be a challenge.
