AC air is cut off from the vents S90-V90

posted by  someone claiming to be Tom with 1997 S90 on  Sat Aug 23 05:31 CST 2014 [RELATED]

The issue:

AC air is cut off from the vents when up the hill or accelerate.

What has been done:

I pinch the yellow vacuum hose on the the driver side, and got some AC when put down on the gas, but only for a few minutes, after that the old issue is back. What is next step? AC is great otherwise.
