Pv steering box 444-544

Just some food for thought. On my 63 544 I have a 140 box mounted with a collapsible column. Two of the original mounting holes were used and two new ones were drilled. A bushing was welded thru the frame for the two new holes. A plate was made to mount the box to. If you have a welder and patients , it makes for a nice job. It works with the original king pin front suspension . I wish I could load some pictures but don`t know how and my computer is quirky. The 140 steering box is pretty universal in the hot rod world.
