Hot start issue 700 1990

Still going on this problem. With hot start car starts immediately but idle falls to zero in several seconds of rough running and then car stalls - if I keep the idle up it will keep running - though misses on acceleration - and then after a minute of driving all is good.

I have:

Cleaned IAC
Cleaned throttle body
Replaced RPM sensor with new
Checked cables to temperature sensors
Swapped ECU with old unit
Swapped FPR with an old unit
Checked vacuum hoses - best I could using throttler body cleaner

When I look at this:
https://www.brickboard.com/FAQ/700-900/HotStartProblemQuickReferenceGuide.htm#Overview

Regarding the FAQ - I notice that my car does not take long to start - no long cranking required - it starts right up - but idle falls to zero.

Thanks for continuing to help me with this.
