Good evening!

I take it our attempts to help you through your son's tail light situation bombed and you sent the thing to the junk yard.

Yeah, parts for cars you don't own any longer -- we all have to wonder about that day, and see no practical way to get them into the hands of those still hanging on. I need to organize (again), inventory (again), and prepare for that day because the thought of them all going into a dumpster, so many still in new bags and boxes, is only slightly more nightmarish than divesting myself of them piecemeal through forum classifieds, ebay, etc.

Some way to pass them on as a lot seems the easiest way to break the addiction. Cold turkey.
