Chain of events - fuses blowing? 700 1985

85 740 GLE B230F wagon manual.

June '13 Clutch cable broke at pedal, broke again Jan 14, cam shaft seals blown early Aug 14 Aug 14 clutch cable broke, while at the shop from a test drive, oil leak under water belt timing area. On last repair for the new oil seal leak, no warranty for the re-repair. (???) Drove car home and it ran fine for 20-miles. Start up next morning was odd, it died. But restarted fine. Drove 10-15 miles and coming to a stop and clutching to neutral it died. Now the turn signals do not work. What could be a correlation between bad start, stall and electrical following 40 miles after seals work? Checking fuses, want to know why. Not fast blink, nothing. Might add to this when I get to check this out. No car for weeks between last months, this months work. Live remote an only transport. Kinda worn out.
