Your original steel wheels are
5.5 x 14 x 20
The numbers mean that they're 5½ inches wide, accept 14 inch tires (these are all "tire bead measurements", not something you'll measure directly), and have a (note change in units) 20 mm offset. You should be able to find those numbers on the wheel (the "20" will be preceded by "ET").

Also note that that for any aftermarket wheel you buy, it should also have a smaller, sixth hole in the hub area (five larger holes are for the lug bolts, obviously) for a pin bolt that holds the brake disk to the hub.

However, I've assumed standard steel wheels. Your car may have come with some dealer-optional alloy wheels.
