The same thing happened to me and a look at the faqs showed where to look in the controller for that problematic solder joint. That sure fixed it for me. My other issue now with the system , and I am living with it for the past couple months , is the loss of vacuum during acceleration and the air pressure from the outlets decrease. Couple years ago I had the same symptom and the fix for that was replacing one of three vacuum units , for which the procedure is in the faqs
