Engine start issues....all kinds of drivability issues 700 1991

Don't know for sure if the Regina system has a single fuel pump. My '91 740 had starting issues last year and when I replaced the in-tank pump the pump filter (sock) was completely clogged. Even though I could hear it buzz up turning the key. The main pump was making noise by this time and it was replaced as well. Replaced a few other parts at that time and so far doing great.
