Ignition Control Unit (ICU) connector one-way sleeves 200 1985

Have a cranks but no start troubleshoot. No spark. Replaced Hall switch still no spark. Know connector to ICU has been unplugged before so unplugged again to check for continuity between Hall sensor and ICU 3 wires at positions 3,5 and 9. Noticed only 2 sleeves out of 10 on posts on ICU at position 3 (green if remember right) and 5 (yellow). Got continuity on black #9 with probe in female connector and other at Hall connector but could not get continuity reading on 3 and 5 where noticed the only two sleeves. Is that a coincidence or the reason why no continuity? Next will probe thru wire before connector to see if problem in wire or connector. But once solve continuity problem is there a way around having to buy new sleeves? Since see only 2 wondering if rest are stuck in female part of connector and then if need to and how to get them out. Looking forward to your helpful responses
