Opinion on using URO heater hoses 200 1993

Hello All,

The car is a 93 with original heater hoses. I'm in the midst of a headgasket change and I have the URO heater hoses that I purchased about 3 years ago on the shelf. I'm not running around for Volvo hoses. The URO ones look pretty decent, are pretty stiff, thick and have cotton? fiber reinforcement but URO stuff has a lousy reputation.

Here's the question. Do I use the original 21 year old hoses, which actually don't feel bad, or do I change them out with the URO ones. What's your opinion?

Thanks to all,

Marty Wolfson
