Keep both. Buy her whatever it will take to mollify her. Offer to accompany her to Thanksgiving at Mom in laws with a smile. Or put your foot down and sport some sack. Whatever you need to do. Ya need a beater/transport vehicle AND you need the dead nutz reliability of the 240 with 30k miles. Good Luck.
