Torque Rod Measurements.... 200

From the Volvo publication (Greenbook) TP 30125/2

Three different rod lengths available

1 - 402 mm (15.839") - standard
2 - 397 mm ( 15.641" ) - 5mm shorter (0.197")
3 - 392 mm (115.445") - 10 mm shorter (0.40")
Rods 2 and 3 are used to lessen vibration on takeoff

Those dimensions are from center to center of the bushings.

See http://www.k-jet.org/files/greenbooks/200/Section%206%20-%20Suspension%20and%20Steering/TP30125-2_rear_wheel_suspension.pdf page 4.

Now this info is from the early 80's and at some point shortly thereafter the bushings were made larger so there are two distinct torque rods, with the variations mentioned above. But I am confident the standard center to center dimension remained unchanged throughout production.
