I made some additional calls to area glass shops and even the independents wanted $60 for the repair until I found TechnaGlass in Milford (Cincinnati), Ohio. I was surprised when he quoted $19.95- no appointment necessary and it would take 20 minutes.

A very nice resolution to the problem. It is very difficult to see where the damage was and I was happy with the price.
