How does a 940 compare to a 240 900 1994

So all those things are busted, but the owner says regular oil changes. I don't think so.
It's a twenty year old car. It's used. It's not going to be reliable, and putting money into a cheap car that can quickly add up to the cost of the car is not a good idea. Buy the best car you can afford and avoid all of the little crap things that are evidence of a lousy previous owner.
What kind of doctor advises against having an air bag? One who thinks being restrained violently by a shoulder belt is better? So your passenger doesn't get an air bag either because the dog doesn't need one? Put the dog in the back.
