PV544 B16 engine markings

Thanks for looking, I did try to do a search on this before posting, but didn't find what I needed.

I've gotten a hold of a B16 engine & would like to know specifics about it. The markings are as follows:
Near top of block on distributor side:
49538
B16
19563

Near bottom of block on manifold side:
41233
B403800 (followed by 4 raised "dots" cast as part of the block)
