manual window "fell 200 1984

I was riding in the front passenger seat of the Ambassador (1984 244) the other day and when I went to roll down the window, the crank just spun. Car then hit a bump and window fell about 4", and is loose in the door frame (can be pulled up back into place). Haven't taken off the door panel yet, does this sound like a replacement crank, the glass just loosened from the regulator, or a replacement regulator? Also, where is a good place to get replacement parts? I am only seeing the motorized window replacements online.

Also since I'm here, rear door handles are not currently working. They pull out but don't do anything, any ideas there? If I'm going to start taking panels off I might as well fix everything at once :)

Thanks!
