Length of bolt (Lower Shock) 200

I was having a look at the rear suspension on the wagon intending to replace the rear TAB's.

But, of course, the lower shock bolt is hindering this effort.

I went and had a look at this recent thread on the subject and there's a lot of good advice there.

But what I really want to know is, what is the bolt length? Art Benstein identified them as M12 but that's only half the story.

ALSO, does anyone know the part number for the spacer that seems to be the cause of this bolt being so hard to remove when it rusts? Is it even available? Is there a reasonable home remedy substitute?

And while I'm at it, what size, etc., bolt is used for the rear TAB?
