245 15" DRACO Wheels Tire Size 200 1980

I have up graded to DRACO 15" Wheels on 1980 - 245.
Am using 205-65-15 and am getting a bit of wheel rub in rear drivers side wheel well

Can I use 'wheel spacers'

Ideas of any bushings to replace in rear, or switch to a different size tire - 185/195 -65/60 -15

Are DRACOs appropriate, or go back to 14" wheels??

I originally went to 15" to have a better selection of tires
