Nut Splitter

Take a chopstick or a pencil and stick a 1-1/2" disk cut out of paper or cardboard on the end of it. Hold it as though your camera was aiming it, disk forward at the end of the bolt.

It sure looks to me like my Dremel would fit, but I realize photos can be taken out of context and the thing we call a "Dremel" has many forms. I'd cut that nut from the top of it down to the bottom of it as close to the bolt as I could, and take care of the rest with a chisel.
