Rear suspension bushing replacement with the IPD kit 444-544

Can anyone provide a link showing the correct procedure to replace the rear suspension bushing? I crawled under the car this morning to get a game plan together to do it SAFELY and EFFICIENTLY as possible. Do I jack up one side at a time to do the replacement? In what order should I begin? It seems like I should start with the bushings above the pumpkin first, then work my way back. If I have to raise the rear of the car, where would you experts support the car since I can't use jack stands under the differential? Should I be concerned about the springs wanting to "unload" & knock my head off in the process? I'm real good about following instructions.........just ask my starter wife!
