Torque Spec's B18 Manifold nuts

After pouring over the Green Books, the old and yellowed Chilton Bible and some instructions from Phil Singher on rebuilding B18's, I am still in the dark about what is the CORRECT torque spec for the nuts holding the exhaust and intake manifolds on the shared Gasket.

Any help on finding out what the engineers stated was correct for a 1965 B18D would be greatly appreciated!
