Rear bushings 200

My 85 250 wagon needs a bushing or three in the back. This will be my second time doing rear suspension bushings on a 240, and although it has been many years since the first round, the painful memory is still fresh.

A few questions:

1. I see that IPD sells aftermarket and OE rubber bushings. The aftermarket are about $60 for the set, and the Volvo ones are over 5 times as expensive. Does anyone have experience with the less expensive ones? If they will last 5 years, that's plenty good enough for me.

2. Is this job significantly easier with a hydraulic press? Is this the type of job where I could take a bundle of parts to a shop and have them press the bushings in for a reasonable price?
