91 240 Fault Code 4-1-3 200

My newly acquired 1991 California 240 has a fault code 4-1-3, which is the EGR Temperature Sensor.

Where is it? [My Mitchell service manual suggests using an ohmmeter between terminal 22 and ground, looking for 500-550 ohms at 68 degrees F (1000 ohms for hot engine).]

Do I need to replace it, or is the car okay to drive? It seems to run fine, perhaps a bit cool. I discovered the blown-out CHECK ENGINE bulb when removing the temperature compensation board...

Thanks, Joe (Iowa)
