Volvo 850 won't start

1997 Volvo 850 has no power to the fuel pump. Change the fuel pump sensor, checked the fuse and the main fuel sensor. All in working order. I think it's in the alarm system. Have done the obvious solutions. Closed all doors did the key thing, checked remote and clicked. Also cannot reset the code into the radio. Any ideas? I'm stumped!
