Turbo swap into NA '89 Wagon? 200

I have the opportunity to purchase a turbo 245 engine out of a 1984 and I would like to replace the naturally aspirated engine in my 1989 240 wagon.

The engine is complete and I believe includes the intercooler. I assume I might also need a computer/ECM to go with it.

I'll admit I've been a bit lazy and not researched this first.

I've replaced engines and transmissions before so this is not entirely foreign to me.

Can anyone tell me if this is a fairly straight forward swap?

Thanks!
