Help, Broke unknown air valve 900 1994

Help. I just broke off a vacuum controlled valve. It is above the engine just in front of the oil filler neck./ It is inline with a 3/4 air hose going from the air filter box to two metal valve looking things just forward of the exhaust manifold with metal pipes going under the exhaust manifold. The (plastic) valve I broke is controlled by one small black vacuum tube going to small square electrical valve near the diagnostic connectors. ( next to the egr control valve I think)

Anyone know what that vacuum controlled air valve is called ??
